Club

She said that Leptos could not just put a club up and expect residents to pay unless we agree and that all profits come back to the residents.

Water Meter

She will check if Leptos are charging more that the Water Board charge.

Property Tax

With what she was told she thinks that we are being overcharged according to the Property Tax Act 1980.

Deeds

Nothing can be done until end of year.

Maintenance Charges

She was shown a copy of Paradise Gardens Maintenance Charges for 2003. She believes that if these are a sample of what Regina will be charged, she may be able to help us.

We agreed that the first step would be to send a letter to Leptos asking for the approved set of plans for the whole site with particular emphasis on proposed clubhouse and whether there any proposed changes to said clubhouse. She believed that Leptos would then try to arrange a meeting to discuss the matter.
